Hot off the press is an update to my Income & Investment real estate list. It’s been updated to April 4 2012 and lists 47 potential London Ontario investments.
All homes on this list have been offered for sale on MLS since the start of March. The first investment on this list is offered at $81,900 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom low rise apartment condo, located near Huron street which is currently rented.
While the most expensive investment property is located near Fanshawe college at $249,900 for a 3+2 bedroom 2 bathroom back split.
