I hope everybody enjoyed the Victoria Day long weekend. I know that we had great weather in London and a lot of people were able to get outside to enjoy it.
Personally I spent a lot of time showing homes to serious out of town buyers. However, I found that the situation was similar to last year with several home sellers missing out on the opportunity to sell their home to my clients.
