Will the Fanshawe St Patrick’s Day Riot hurt real estate prices on Fleming Drive?
The reason it will have very little impact is that the area is already a student ghetto. Most family have sold and moved out and I would expect a few more to sell on Fleming drive in the coming months. Any price impact on these homes of being in a largely student area will have already been factored into the real estate market price.
